Education
Glenn S. Katz, MD, FAAP, has been practicing as a board-certified pediatrician for over 40 years. Dr. Katz practices at the Laguna Beach, California, location of Newport Children’s Medical Group and brings his specialty in newborn and adolescent medicine, as well as pediatric preventive care, to the community.
Dr. Katz received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine in Florida. He completed his residency in pediatrics at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, and at the University of California, Irvine (UCI).

At Newport Children’s Medical Group, Dr. Katz is passionate about preventive medicine, offering immunizations, thorough exams, and developmental testing to children of all ages. He builds quality relationships with children and their families, diagnosing and treating conditions from infancy through adolescence.
